ADULT BJJ & JUDO

Judo is taught by 2004, Olympian Charlee Minkin, while Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is taught by Rigan Machado Black Belt Ben Lowry.

KIDS BJJ & JUDO

Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will help your kids build confidence while improving their body mechanics as they develop in the martial arts.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our Strength and Conditioning classes are just what your are looking for! These classes are a combination of body weight movements, The Olympic lifts, and high intensity conditioning. The classes provide full body, multi joint movements that are done at high intensity and are always changing.
